Job summary

Steve Madden in Charleston, SC is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support the store management and lead the sales floor when managers are absent. The role focuses on driving sales, delivering exceptional customer service, and coordinating daily operations.

You will train new staff, liaise with customers and store leadership, and help with merchandising and schedule flexibility to cover day, evening, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities
