Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (F/T) in Florida to support the management team and lead a dynamic sales floor.

You will mentor team members, drive sales targets, and ensure outstanding customer service while coordinating store operations and communications with management and corporate stakeholders.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent.
