Job summary

Society Mortgage seeks driven Loan Officers to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale. We provide warm, pre-qualified leads, the tools to succeed, and a supportive environment where strong sales professionals can build a long-term career.

Everyone starts with a 1–3 month ramp period as a Loan Officer Assistant, learning our systems and mortgage knowledge before transitioning into the Loan Officer role. Full-time, in-office Fort Lauderdale, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with warm leads daily.

• Confident and comfortable on the phone.
• Motivated by sales and performance.
• Coachable and willing to learn.
• Competitive while being team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Learn mortgage systems during ramp period and prepare for License Officer role.
• Transition into Loan Officer and manage client interactions.
• Work with warm leads provided daily to drive sales.
• Maintain a professional, sales-focused environment and meet targets.

• Up to 12 warm, pre-qualified leads per day
• No cold calling

About the Role
