Job summary

Society Mortgage is hiring a Loan Officer Assistant in Downtown Fort Lauderdale to join a growth-focused team. You will work with warm leads, qualify borrower needs, and build rapport by phone.

You’ll learn mortgage products and support Loan Officers throughout the sales process to develop your own path toward becoming a Loan Officer. We offer training, a structured coaching environment, and a base salary with commission.

Qualifications

• Candidates with sales, customer service, call center, or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required.
• NMLS licensing is not required to start; guidance will be provided as you progress.
• Base salary + commission opportunity is offered.
