Job summary

Elevance Health is seeking a CarelonRx Sales Strategy Specialist to collaborate with the sales team, develop pre-bid strategies, respond to RFPs, and manage CRM data. The role involves supporting both new and existing business planning, conducting market analysis, and ensuring data quality across stakeholders in a hybrid office setting.

The position requires a BA/BS and at least two years in pharmacy proposal or pricing.

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS degree and at least 2 years of pharmacy proposal or pharmacy pricing experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Support sales team across all phases of the sales process including pre-bid strategy planning, RFP responses and execution, finalist meeting prep, CRM record maintenance, and post-sale support.
• Collaborate on sales business plans and strategic initiatives for new and existing client bases.
• Monitor product lines to inform strategic decisions and analyze external environment for competitive context.
