Job summary

Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager to oversee operations and talent development in our Fontana, CA facility.

You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and drive financial performance, while building strong cross-department relationships and leading change initiatives to meet evolving business needs. A Bachelor's degree with leadership experience is required, with a Master’s preferred; a High School diploma with extensive experience is also acceptable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years related experience and 3+ years leadership.
• Alternative: High School Diploma with 9+ years specific experience and 5+ years leadership.
• Master's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, including interviewing, hiring, training, coaching, counseling, transferring, promoting, and, when necessary, disciplining or terminating
• Strategically, manage budgets and financial performance by controlling costs, aligning resources with the financial plan, optimizing cost control and driving achievement of financial targets
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure open communication and alignment on business objectives
• Leverage feedback to proactively identify opportunities and lead strategic planning and change management initiatives to improve team performance and address evolving business needs
• Create and implement effective incentive plans that align with strategic business goals and drive high- impact performance
• Other projects or duties as assigned

• Salary: $114,048- $142,560 plus target bonus
