Job summary

Grand Canyon Resort Corporation in Bellemont, AZ seeks an experienced Harley-Davidson Store Manager to lead sales and finance activities. This cradle-to-grave role requires taking charge of lead generation, thorough follow-up, and closing deals while maintaining high ethical standards.

You will oversee day-to-day dealership operations, drive customer satisfaction, and mentor a small team to hit aggressive targets. In-person, full-time role with room to grow within the organization.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of dealership management experience is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong working knowledge of automotive industry regulations affecting vehicle sales.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the dealership’s day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of employee morale.
• Track prospective and existing customers using the company’s CRM from initial contact to closing the deal and beyond.
• Foster high customer satisfaction with the motorcycle buying experience, encouraging referrals and repeat business.
• Track sales on a regular basis and forecast future sales.
• Keep the sales and customer areas spotless.
• Organize events for customers along with other departments.
• Work with all departments to meet their goals and targets.
• Budget and forecast sales, service and parts.
• Maintain CXI above 80.
