Grand Canyon Resort Corporation’s Harley-Davidson dealership in Bellemont, AZ is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead sales and finance efforts. A take-charge leader will oversee daily operations for the Bellemont main dealership and Sedona clothing store, driving targets set by the area GM.

You will build a high-performing team, teach lead-generation and follow-up, ensure ethical standards, and forecast sales while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required; a Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 1 year of dealership management experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; knowledge of automotive regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee the dealership’s day-to-day activities, maintaining a high degree of employee morale
• Track prospective and existing customers using the company’s preferred CRM from initial contact to closing the deal and beyond
• Foster high customer satisfaction with the motorcycle buying experience, encouraging referrals and repeat business
• Track sales on a regular basis and forecast future sales
• Keeping sales and customer area spotless
• Organizing events for your customer along with other departments
• Working with all department to meet their goals and targets
• Budget and forecast sales, service and parts
• Maintain CXI above 80
