Job description

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote Pills and Pokes’ products and services
• Identify and engage potential clients, including oncologists, hematologists, and hospital procurement teams
• Consistently achieve and surpass assigned sales targets
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth product distribution and provide necessary sales support
• Support the planning and participation in conferences, seminars, and promotional events
• Create and present proposals and presentations to internal stakeholders and external clients
• Track competitor activity and stay updated on market developments
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), medical professionals, and healthcare decision-makers
• Conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for healthcare providers

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Nursing/Pharmacy/Life sciences education
• With 2-3 years of sales experience in Pharmaceutical/ Biotechnology industry.
• Excellent communication skills.
