We're hiring a Remote Institutional Sales Lead (U.S. based) to scale our revenue engine from the front. You'll work directly with our CEO and founding team, with full visibility into product, strategy, and the future we're building.

What’s the Opportunity?

You’ll be the tip of the spear — owning new business generation with hedge funds, asset managers, crypto-native firms, and TradFi institutions making serious moves in digital assets.

This is more than quota-chasing. You’ll help shape the narrative, refine the sales playbook, and turn curiosity into long-term partnerships.

You’ll Be Doing:

  • Driving net new sales into financial institutions, family offices, and high-growth investors
  • Managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles with conviction and clarity
  • Collaborating with the CEO and product team to tailor demos and pitches
  • Giving direct feedback on what’s working, what’s not, and where we win
  • Helping us scale from early-stage growth to category leader

You Bring:

  • 5+ years selling SaaS or digital infrastructure into crypto or capital markets
  • A fluent understanding of crypto-native and institutional investor ecosystems
  • The confidence to challenge, advise, and guide seasoned clients through change
  • A track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals in complex environments
  • Startup energy — you build fast, iterate faster, and don't wait to be told
