Compensation and Benefits for our Sales Specialist

We are offering a base plus commission compensation structure with overall total compensation ranging $85,000 to $115,000 depending on experience.

Requirements for our Sales Specialist

• 5+ years of sales/business development experience, ideally in a service‑based industry
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present creative solutions and close deals
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales tracking tools (experience with Aspire is a plus, but is not required)
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

Responsibilities of our Sales Specialist

• Meet with prospective clients to understand their landscaping vision, assess site conditions, and discuss project goals
• Develop and execute a sales plan to meet individual and team sales targets, achieving consistent revenue growth
• Collaborate with design team and present detailed proposals, pricing estimates, and design concepts that align with client expectations and budget
• Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact from initial consultation through execution of signed contracts
• Collaborate with the design and build teams to ensure seamless hand‑off for project execution, aligning client expectations with project deliverables
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline, tracking leads, follow‑ups, and opportunities in the CRM system
• Ensure a positive client experience by delivering high‑quality service and proactively addressing concerns throughout the sales process
• Participate in community events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to generate leads and build brand presence in the local market
• Perform other duties as assigned
