The ideal candidate thrives in an outbound sales environment, is comfortable initiating contact with decision‑makers, and has an understanding of HVAC systems and their value in preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect and cold call commercial building owners, property managers, and facility decision‑makers to identify and develop new business opportunities.

• Schedule and conduct sales appointments, site surveys, and client consultations.

• Develop tailored proposals for HVAC maintenance contracts based on site conditions and client needs.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of leads using CRM tools and lead‑generation strategies.
