Job summary

Sanborn's Air Conditioning and Heating in Redlands, CA is seeking a full-time HVAC Sales Consultant to join our team. You will educate customers, assess needs, propose solutions, and guide them from consultation to final sale, leveraging HVAC knowledge and strong customer service. Our schedule runs 8 a.m.

to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with weekend and on-call opportunities to increase earnings. We offer competitive compensation including a $25 base plus commission and a full benefits

Qualifications

• HVAC product knowledge required.
• Experience in HVAC sales preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on HVAC options and guide them from consultation to final sale.
• Turn over HVAC units and ensure a smooth sales process.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

Your work as a sales consultant begins with each client interaction. You arrive at their home ready to assess their needs, leveraging your strong HVAC product knowledge to recommend the best solutions. Your focus is on educating them about their options, answering their questions, and ultimately helping them make an informed decision. You are adept at turning over HVAC units, ensuring a seamless process from the initial consultation to the final sale. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact on a customer's life, all while building your career and earning a great living.

Our schedule offers a stable 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday workday with weekend and on-call opportunities to earn additional income.
