Job summary

Living Spaces is hiring a Sales Specialist 2 (Operations) in California to blend sales excellence with operational responsibilities. You will engage guests, drive sales per hour, and meet KPIs while performing standard work and assisting with cash office procedures.

The role acts as a brand ambassador for Commercial & Trade programs, supports events, and ensures SOP adherence across processes. Strong retail experience and MS Office skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model and meet Sales Per Hour thresholds.
• Review daily sales results and complete monthly proficiency plans.
• Assist store leadership with guest escalations, returns, exchanges and discounts per SOP.
