Role Description

This is a part-time Sales Specialist role at EmpowerlyticsIQ. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for communication with customers, providing exceptional customer service, driving sales, conducting information sessions, and managing sales activities.Please Note:This position iscommission-only. There is no base salary or hourly pay. You will earn apercentage of each successful sale, with the potential for generous commission payouts and long-term partnership opportunities. This structure is ideal for self-starters who are confident in their ability to perform and are motivated by results-driven earnings.

Qualifications:

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Previous experience in sales or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Job Responsibilities:

  • Identify and engage potential biopharma clients through outbound outreach and lead generation
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand each company’s data challenges and present tailored software solutions
  • Collaborate with the product and technical teams to shape demos and proposals based on client needs
  • Close deals and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure client satisfaction and renewals
