What You’ll Do

  • As a Commission-Only Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our client acquisition efforts, playing a critical role in expanding our presence in the New England region. You will:
  • Identify and qualify high-potential leads across various sectors, including state/local government, education, nonprofits, and mid-market enterprises.
  • Conduct discovery calls and client needs assessments to understand pain points and position Cloud Bridge's AI and IT consulting services as the solution.
  • Collaborate with solution architects to develop compelling, customized proposals and deliver impactful product/service demonstrations.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from initial outreach to signed contract, managing each stage with precision and urgency.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce or your preferred CRM system, forecasting deal progress and ensuring visibility across the team.
  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships that result in repeat business, referrals, and strategic partnerships.

Who You Are

  • You’re a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. Ideal candidates will have:
  • A Bachelor’s degree and 1–2 years of experience in technology sales, business development, or a relevant internship.
  • A strong interest in AI, cloud computing, and emerging technologies, with a desire to learn and grow quickly in the space.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience using CRM platforms to track activities, manage pipelines, and meet aggressive sales targets.
  • A hunter mentality—persistent, competitive, and results-driven, with a passion for solving problems and closing deals.
