About the Role

Dirigo AI is growing fast—and we're looking for a driven, disciplined Cold Caller to join our remote team. You’ll be on the front lines, making 100+ outbound calls per day to small business owners, following a high-converting script powered by AI insights. This isn’t casual sales—it’s focused, fast-paced, and conversion-driven. You must be comfortable hearing "no" often, and still making that next call with energy.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-based environment and wants to be part of a startup-style team with real growth potential.

What You’ll Do

• Make a minimum of 100 outbound calls daily using our lead list
• Follow a proven sales script closely to book new business
• Track leads and call outcomes using internal tools (basic data entry)
• Report daily results and insights to leadership
• Maintain professionalism, positivity, and focus throughout your shift

What We’re Looking For

• Must live in Aroostook County, Maine
• Experience in cold calling, outbound sales, or call center work
• Strong verbal communication skills and script discipline
• Comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
• Resilient under pressure, not afraid of rejection
• Tech-literate: can navigate spreadsheets, softphone apps, basic CRMs
