Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. They listen to customer needs, address concerns, highlight current promotions and financing options, understand local competitors, and communicate Home Depot’s advantages to guide customers through every step. Sales Specialists set clear expectations, manage clear communication, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store, keep the store clean, organized, and safe, monitor inventory, and drive in-stock to support a seamless shopping experience.
