Job Description

Sales Specialists help customers bring their project ideas to life by offering a range of product options, providing samples, and recommending solutions—including installation and related services. Sales Specialists listen to customer needs, address concerns, and highlight current promotions and financing options. By understanding local competitors and communicating Home Depot’s advantages, they guide customers through every step, set clear expectations, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. They are expected to meet monthly sales goals and other metrics to drive sales in the store, keep the store clean and organized, maintain safety, monitor inventory, and support a seamless shopping experience.
