Job summary

The Edson Agency is seeking motivated sales professionals for a remote, performance-based role where your income is tied to results. The first-year earning potential is strong, with commissions, bonuses, and equity sharing opportunities in a flexible work environment.

You will meet virtually with individuals and families, identify protection solutions, and grow your personal book using our proprietary technology, with mentorship and leadership development built in.

Job description

Compensation:

This is a remote, performance-based sales position. Compensation is earned through commissions and production bonuses as well as achievable profit sharing and equity sharing opportunities. First year agents earn $80,000-$180,000+ annually.

No sales, financial services or insurance experience is required.

• Help clients identify insurance and financial protection solutions that fit their needs
