Qualifications

• Previous experience in administrative support, sales support, reception, customer service, office coordination, or a related position preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requests and deadlines.
• Professional and welcoming communication style.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
• Comfortable answering phones, greeting visitors, and supporting employees at all levels.
• Ability to create and update professional presentations and documents.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn company systems and processes quickly.
• Experience coordinating shipments, purchase orders, product samples, or business travel is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product samples requests for sales/design teams and manage monthly inventory.
• Prepare sales presentations using approved templates.
• Provide front-desk coverage and visitor screening.
• Manage showroom schedule, reservations, and related coordination.
• Process and track purchase orders daily and ensure accuracy.
• Support marketing and sales teams with administrative tasks.
