Training occurs in Fort Lauderdale, with subsequent work from the Fort Lauderdale office and a planned Mira-mar move in 2026. The position demands luxury sales experience, strong communication, and the ability to perform in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months of luxury sales experience.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven success as a sales representative against goals.
• Ability to follow processes and grasp system logic.
• Strong PC skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong verbal and written communication and organization.

Responsibilities

• Contact leads via outbound calls to new and returning guests daily.
• Follow up with calls and emails, keep appointments, and document in CRM.
• Generate direct bookings and log them in POLAR; meet booking targets.
• Understand guest needs to secure bookings and deliver service.
• Sell cruise options (PVP, Princess+, Premier, EzAir) to increase revenue.
• Utilize sales tools and campaigns; stay informed on promotions.
• Adhere to policies and participate in team meetings and reviews.
