Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales and service professionals to provide quality services to customers.
• Recruit sales and service team using active recruiting methods.
• Ensure monthly manpower goals are met.
• Increase revenue by developing existing business and cultivating new customers in residential and commercial markets.
• Follow up with customers from leads provided by field service technicians.
• Develop additional business opportunities by selling maintenance and priority care programs.
• Observe work sites to ensure safety measures are in place and training needs are identified.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching to improve opportunities.
