Job summary

Roto-Rooter is seeking a Sales Manager for our Jacksonville, FL branch to grow and maintain a customer base in residential and commercial markets. You will coach a sales and service team, drive new business, and ensure quarterly quotas are met while delivering excellent customer service in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

This role requires 3-5 years of management experience, a valid driver's license, and a high school diploma; plumbing knowledge is a plus.

• Plumbing and sewer knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are looking for an individual who is able to grow and maintain a customer base, has a successful record training others, and a strong customer service focus to join our team as SALES MANAGER at our Jacksonville, FL branch. We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager preferably in the service industry that wants to be a key player on a winning team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for new business using innovative techniques along with cold calling
• Grow customer sales base in residential and commercial markets
• Maintain and expand existing commercial business base
• Ensure monthly and annual sales quotas are achieved
• Coach and develop sales & service team using hands on training methods
• Monitor and review performance standards weekly with sales & service teams

Requirements
