Roto-Rooter is seeking a Hiring Manager for the Denver Englewood branch to recruit, hire, train and coach a field team of plumbers, service professionals and sales representatives. You will lead recruiting campaigns, manage performance, and partner with operations to align staffing with branch goals.

The role emphasizes active recruiting, coaching and development, with a focus on growing revenue and ensuring safety and high standards of service. On-site work and local travel are required.

Responsibilities
