Job summary

Roto-Rooter Services Company in Englewood, CO seeks a Field Training Manager/Hiring Manager to hire, train and coach a branch sales and service team. You will support growth, reduce turnover, and drive customer service and productivity in a hands-on field role.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting and developing a solid team of sales and service professionals.
• Proven ability to hire and retain branch staff.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in the service industry is strongly desired.
• Knowledge of advanced recruiting platforms and social media.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach and mentor a team of sales and service professionals to provide quality services to customers.
• Recruit sales and service team using active recruiting methods.
• Ensure monthly manpower goals are met.
• Increase revenue by developing existing business and cultivating new customers in residential and commercial markets.
• Follow up with customers from leads provided by field service technicians.
• Develop additional business opportunities by selling maintenance and priority care programs.
• Conduct work-site reviews to ensure safety measures are utilized.
• Monitor team performance and arrange training as needed.
• Oversee recruitment data via ATS; screen resumes and interview candidates.
• Source and manage active and passive candidates on job boards such as Indeed and LinkedIn.
