Job summary

Boston Consulting Group is seeking a Manager – BCG Vantage in the Insurance Practice to lead modules and workstreams, tailoring analyses and recommendations to client needs. You will guide junior team members and collaborate with global leaders to deliver high-impact insights and scalable assets.

You will work with cross-functional teams across P&C, commercial insurance, and reinsurance, applying deep sector knowledge and practical problem-solving to client engagements, while contributing to IP

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consulting experience in P&C, commercial insurance, or reinsurance.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills with experience delivering client-ready insights.
• Familiarity with Generative AI technologies or willingness to develop expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead modules and workstreams from problem definition through client-ready recommendations.
• Engage with clients and case teams, presenting findings and contributing to discussions.
• Develop and maintain Practice Area assets and intellectual property.
• Guide junior Vantage and case-team colleagues, providing direction and mentoring.
