Goldfish Swim School in Michigan is seeking an experienced Sales & Service Representative to be the welcoming voice on the phone and at the front desk. You’ll guide families through programs, memberships, and promotions, and confidently close sales to earn bonuses for meeting goals.

You will handle scheduling, registrations, and customer questions with efficiency, keeping the vibe upbeat, calm, and fun while aiming to turn first-time callers into lifelong members.

Availability Requirements

Candidates must be available for at least 25 hours per week, including some combination of the following shifts:

Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00 am – 3:30 pm

Monday–Thursday: 3:30 pm – 8:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 am – 3:00 pm

(Weekend availability is important)
