Job summary

Goldfish Swim School in Fitchburg, MA is seeking a front desk team member dedicated to WOW! customer service for our members. You will assist with class scheduling, billing, and promoting new memberships at a welcoming facility.

You will help keep the space clean and organized while contributing to a culture-driven team that values energy, communication, and reliability. Paid training and flexible scheduling are provided to fit family needs.
