Job summary

Core-Mark in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Sales Service Representative to support our SmartStock program and strengthen relationships with customers in the region. You will execute merchandising plans, help ensure product freshness, and collaborate with the sales team to meet store needs.

The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or merchandising, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver\'s license, reliable transportation, and travel to stores as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in customer service, merchandising or sales.
• Valid driver\'s license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle and insurance.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a detailed call routine with a ledger of customers.
• Execute SmartStock program with racks, plan-o-grams, ordering and merchandising activities.
• Identify and reduce out-of-stocks on shelves.
• Ensure products are fresh and within date codes.
• Address customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensure plan-o-gram compliance and store merchandising best practices.
• Identify display opportunities and maximize display positioning.
• Ensure products are properly displayed and priced.
