Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Sales Service Representative in Georgia to support our SmartStock program, maintain customer relationships, and provide merchandising and sales support across assigned stores in the Macon region.

You will travel to convenience locations, execute plan-o-grams, ensure product freshness, and promptly address customer needs while supporting the Sales Team with regional initiatives.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of working experience in a customer service, merchandising or sales position.
• Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, reliable vehicle, and proper valid insurance.
• Ability to drive to customer locations using personal transportation (mileage and gasoline reimbursement provided).

Responsibilities

• Maintaining a detailed and specific call routine with a designated ledger of customers.
• Maintenance and execution of the SmartStock program (racks, plan-o-grams, ordering, and merchandising activities).
• Identifying and reducing out-of-stock on shelves.
• Ensuring products are fresh and within date code parameters.
• Attending customer needs and concerns promptly.
• Ensuring plan-o-gram, marketing best practices, and compliance in stores.
• Identifying display opportunities and maximizing display positioning.
• Ensuring that products are properly displayed, priced, and identified.
• Finding solutions to possible customer challenges with assistance.
• Performing other tasks and duties as assigned.
