Responsibilities:

Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

Communicating with clients & internal team members and providing estimates in a timely manner.

Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management weekly.

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies.

Perform quarterly and end of year reviews for the service technicians along with the Director of Operations.

Requirements:

Requirements for this position are that you have:

(1) At least 1 year of office management and/or sales experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred but not required; and

(2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Bonus Potential:

This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
