Responsibilities: Success in this position will be determined by the following measurable results:

• Communicating with clients & internal team members and providing estimates in a timely manner.
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management weekly.
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Conduct market research to stay current on industry trends and sales strategies.
• Perform quarterly and end of year reviews for the service technicians along with the Director of Operations.

Requirements: Requirements for this position are that you have:

• (1) At least 1 year of office management and/or sales experience; swimming pool industry-related experiences preferred but not required; and
• (2) a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Bonus Potential: This position has the potential of earning an annual bonus by the company when specific gross revenue goals are met for the year.
