Job summary

Elite Sports Clubs in Brookfield, CT is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor to welcome prospective members and guide them toward the right programs. You’ll build relationships, listen to needs, and create a positive first impression that drives enrollment.

You’ll tour the club, generate leads, follow up with prospects, and help new members feel welcomed as you work toward monthly goals with a consultative, people-first approach.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or community engagement experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members in person, over the phone, and through follow-ups.
• Conduct thoughtful club tours that highlight programs, amenities, and community benefits.
• Generate and track leads through outreach efforts and referral programs.
• Collaborate with teammates to support events, promotions, and local partnerships.
• Help new members feel confident and welcomed throughout the onboarding process.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership goals while maintaining a consultative, people-first approach.

Your Game Plan – Spark Connection and Growth
As a Sales & Service Leader at one of our Elite locations, you’ll be the first impression for potential members—and the guide who helps them see what’s possible at Elite. Your role is about building relationships, listening closely, and helping people take the first step in their fitness journey.

You’ll create leads, follow up with prospects, tour potential members, and build excitement around the club experience. Every day is an opportunity to meet new people, connect them with the right programs, and grow our community in meaningful ways.

Core Qualifications
