Job summary

Onelife Fitness in Macon, GA is seeking a motivated Membership Manager to lead the member experience, drive enrollment, and oversee day-to-day club operations. You will give tours, convert prospects, and deliver the Ultimate Fitness Experience.

You will build relationships, meet monthly membership goals, and coordinate onboarding and CRM tracking. A high school diploma, CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain), and sales-focused background are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills.
• Organized, punctual, and customer-focused with a friendly, professional presence.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM/sales tracking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).
