Onelife Fitness in Falls Church, VA is seeking a Membership Manager to lead the member experience, drive enrollment, and help manage day-to-day club operations. You’ll provide tours, convert prospects, and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new members.

You’ll build relationships, achieve monthly membership goals, and contribute to club marketing. This role emphasizes strong communication, CRM usage, and a friendly, professional presence in a fast-paced fitness environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/AED certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days).
• 2+ years sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, sales, and people-management skills.
• Organized, punctual, and customer-focused with a friendly, professional presence.
• Comfortable with basic computer systems (MS Office, CRM/sales tracking).
• Willingness to work flexible hours (including weekends and evenings).
