Job summary

Elite Sports Clubs in Brookfield, WI is seeking a Membership Sales Advisor to be the first impression for prospective members and guide them toward the right programs.

You will build relationships, tour facilities, generate leads, and close memberships while meeting monthly goals. A friendly, energetic communicator with 1–2 years in customer service or sales is a fit; on-site availability is required.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or community engagement experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including some evenings and weekends.
• Ability to work on-site at our Brookfield location.

Responsibilities

• Engage with potential members in person, over the phone, and through follow-ups.
• Conduct thoughtful club tours that highlight programs, amenities, and community benefits.
• Generate and track leads through outreach efforts and referral programs.
• Collaborate with teammates to support events, promotions, and local partnerships.
• Help new members feel confident and welcomed throughout the onboarding process.
• Meet or exceed monthly membership goals while maintaining a consultative, people-first approach.
