ABOUT THE JOB:

1. Location: Phoenix, AZ or telecommute
2. Develop and implement functionalities and enhancements focused on customer applications within the Sales and Service Cloud processes.
3. Configure automation processes, including Flows, Approval Processes, Workflows, and Process Builder.
4. Implement Enhancement and Defect Governance processes to prioritize, plan, and release updates.
5. Define development approaches and oversee implementation execution.
6. Document technical specifications, wireframes, prototypes, user stories, test cases, and scripts.
7. Identify organizational trends and areas for improvement, including technical or process enhancements to increase efficiency.
8. Assess risks and impacts, and conduct QA testing and validation within scope.
9. Utilize Salesforce expertise, including APEX, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, to identify organizational trends.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Master's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
• At least two years of experience as a Sales & Service Cloud Technical Analyst, Salesforce Technical Lead, or similar role using the Salesforce platform.
