About The Job

(Location: Phoenix, AZ or remote) As a Sales & Service Cloud Technical Analyst, you will develop and implement functionalities and enhancements focusing on customer applications within the Sales and Service Cloud. Your responsibilities include developing and configuring automation processes (Flows, Approval Processes, Workflows, Process Builder), managing enhancement and defect governance, documenting technical designs, and identifying organizational improvements.

You will utilize your expertise in Salesforce, including APEX, Triggers, Visualforce, and Lightning Components, to analyze trends and improve operational efficiencies. The role requires assessing risks, conducting QA testing, and collaborating with teams to deliver technical solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's degree in Information Technology or related field
• At least two years of experience as a Sales & Service Cloud Technical Analyst, Salesforce Technical Lead, or similar role
