Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of HEDIS and technical experience, with a thorough understanding of NCQA and HEDIS requirements. Knowledge of Medicare Stars, including CAHPS, HOS, Part D, and operational measures, is highly preferred.

The Lead Quality/Stars HEDIS and Technical Analyst designs and implements processes for managing diverse datasets used in data mining, analysis, modeling, and prediction to support business decisions. Responsibilities include developing tools, dashboards (Tableau), queries, and collaborating to develop strategies for achieving a 5-Star rating, including report creation, data verification, and QA in line with CMS guidelines.
