Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the retail floor and range with professionalism.
• Perform all sales transactions and firearm-related processes in compliance with laws.
• Conduct range check-ins/outs and act as a certified Range Safety Officer (RSO).
• Maintain store appearance and product presentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and uphold safety and service standards.
• Share knowledge with teammates and contribute to a high-performance environment.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals for memberships, training, and retail.
• Deliver service excellence and address concerns or escalate as needed.
