Midwest Shooting Center is seeking a Sales Associate to engage customers, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions across memberships, training programs, and retail products. This role emphasizes customer service, safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

You will greet customers, process transactions, and uphold ATF, OSHA, and company policies while contributing to a high-performance team culture.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor and range with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Perform all sales transactions and firearm-related processes in compliance with regulations.
• Conduct range check-ins/outs and act as a certified Range Safety Officer (RSO).
• Maintain store appearance and product presentation.
• Engage in ongoing training and uphold safety, compliance, and service standards.
• Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals for memberships, training and retail.
