Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in California seeks a Service Advisor to greet guests and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of automotive service sales experience, strong communication skills, and a self-starter attitude.

Key responsibilities include acting as the liaison between customers and technicians, selling services, and maintaining inventory standards. The position offers competitive hourly rates plus commission, paid vacation, and benefits.

Service Advisor:

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)

• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
