Job summary

Tire World Inc. is accepting applications for a Service Advisor to greet guests, explain automotive recommendations, and assist customers with tires, repairs, and services at our Colorado Springs location.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, effective communication, and the ability to sell services while maintaining showroom standards. Weekend availability is required to serve customers during peak times.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive with strong customer service background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust with customers.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are required.
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to lift 70 lbs; weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience.
• Act as the liaison between customer and technician—translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations.
• Confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services.
• Perform visual inspections and document findings.
• Build lasting relationships that turn first-time guests into lifelong customers.
• Help maintain showroom and inventory standards; partner with the team to keep operations smooth, efficient, and safe.
