Job summary

Tandem Tire is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate technical needs into actionable recommendations, and guide them through tire and service decisions. You will negotiate service options, upsell compatible products, and ensure a high-quality customer experience in a fast-paced shop setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1–3 years in automotive service sales or related fields, excellent communication, and a drive to grow into leadership roles.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
