Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You’ll translate mechanical findings into clear recommendations and act as the liaison between customer and technician.

You’ll confidently sell tires, wheels, repairs, warranties, and services, perform visual inspections, document findings, and help maintain showroom and inventory standards while supporting a safe, efficient shop.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales or retail automotive
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver’s license and ability to lift 70 lbs
• Flexible availability including weekends
