Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Louisiana is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests and deliver a world-class service experience. You will translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations and help maintain showroom and inventory standards.

The role offers an hourly wage with commission and overtime opportunities, plus paid vacations, health benefits, 401(k) with company match, and strong career growth into management. Flexible weekends and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit
• Valid driver's license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you'll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
