Job summary

American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate technical findings into clear recommendations, and drive sales of tires, wheels, and services. You will be the crucial link between customers and the shop team, ensuring a fast, accurate, and friendly experience at every visit.

We value 1–3 years in automotive service sales and strong customer service skills. This role offers an opportunity for growth into management within a dynamic, results-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Valid driver's license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you'll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)
