American Tire Depot is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations, and drive service sales. You will build trust with customers, present tires, repairs, warranties, and other services, and document inspections to ensure accurate recommendations.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and teamwork, with potential for career progression into management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background.
• Proven ability to sell services and build trust.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most.
• Valid driver's license + ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities
