Lisac's Tire in Billings, MT is seeking a Service Advisor to greet guests, translate mechanical needs into clear recommendations, and drive sales of tires, wheels, and services. You will work closely with technicians to ensure accuracy and a world-class customer experience.

The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers while maintaining showroom standards and contributing to a safe, efficient shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales and strong customer service

Responsibilities

• Greet every guest and deliver a world-class service experience

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 1-3 years of experience in automotive service sales, retail automotive, and strong customer service + transferable sales background


• Proven ability to sell services and build trust


• Strong communication and organizational skills


• A self-starter with problem-solving ability and team spirit


• Valid driver’s license + ability to lift 70 lbs (you’ll occasionally jump in to support shop flow)


• Hungry to learn, grow, and lead


• Flexible availability, including weekends, to serve customers when they need us most
